Gas station, car wash, convenience store under construction at Seaway Mall

Motorists will soon have another option when pulling over for gas on Niagara Street in Welland.

Construction started last week on a gas station and convenience store at Seaway Mall being built at the north end of the mall’s parking lot.

It will sit in front of Staples.

In a news release from the mall, March 2021 is being targeted as a completion date.

The completed gas station will include a Waypoint convenience store and car wash.

Greenergy, whose brand portfolio includes Mobil, Mr. Gas, Breakaway and Inver, and Waypoint Convenience, broke ground last week, the mall said.
