Empire Communities moving earth at former John Deere site
Earth was being moved around at the former John Deere site Saturday in Welland.
The former industrial property is one of two subdivisions Empire Communities is building in Dain City.
The Dain West subdivision will front Canal Bank Street and feature two parks, four kilometres of trails and land set aside for a possible new elementary school.
