In 2005, John Gallie founded JTG Computer Repair, and then changed the name to JTG Systems before the first year in business ended. From the beginning, the company prioritized excellent customer service in the field of computer repair. Over the last 18 years, JTG Systems has experienced rapid growth while continuing to emphasize timely service, quick fixes, and legendary turnaround times.

Driven by a passion for computers since a young age, John developed skills in computer repair over many years. His journey began with Windows 95, and he carefully honed his skills by reading about computers and experimenting with his own gear. When JTG Systems first opened, the initial focus was on computer repair but services quickly broadened to include almost all electronics.

The small but dedicated team at JTG Systems is comprised of experienced technicians who specialize in computer repair, Mac and Apple repair, and data recovery services. They acutely understand the frustrations associated with computer issues and demonstrate their expertise in safeguarding the digital world. A proven track record of success and a commitment to professionalism and integrity sets them apart in handling diverse computer repair needs.

John is committed to giving back to the community and practices this by providing co-op students from his former high school with valuable training opportunities in computer repair. Recognizing the importance of practical training and applied learning, John offers a unique educational experience to the students. They work with recycled computer equipment donated by John's clients, benefitting from exposure to a variety of hardware and software while also promoting environmental friendliness.
